I work holistically, recognising that healing involves more than just talking. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and inner wisdom  gently uncovering what’s been carried, what’s present and what’s ready to shift.

My counselling practice is tailored to meet your unique needs, while remaining grounded in the values that guide both my professional work and personal life:
