“Art opens the closets, airs out the cellars and attics. It brings healing.” Julia Cameron
Creativity is a gentle and powerful part of my practice. I offer clients the option to explore their experiences through expressive techniques such as:
These tools aren’t about producing something perfect, they’re about unlocking insight, deepening self-awareness and accessing parts of your story that words alone might not reach.
Creative counselling can help you:
Whether you prefer traditional talking therapy or are curious about creative approaches, I’ll meet you where you are. Your comfort, preferences and boundaries always come first.
MBFI: Mind, Body, Feelings & Intuition
I integrate the MBFI model – developed by Tanja Sharpe – into my counselling practice to support a truly holistic approach. This framework invites you to explore all aspects of your experience: your thoughts (Mind), physical sensations and wellbeing (Body), emotional landscape (Feelings) and inner wisdom (Intuition).
By working with the MBFI model, we can gently uncover how these four elements interact and influence your sense of self, relationships and life choices. It’s a way of honouring the full complexity of who you are – not just what you think or feel – but how your body responds and what your intuition quietly knows.
You don’t need to be spiritual or “in tune” to benefit from this approach. I’ll guide you at your pace, offering creative and compassionate ways to connect with each layer of your experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s present, what’s been carried and what’s ready to shift.
